We're nearing the finish line in Meridian! Leasing is well underway in Phases 1, 2, and 3. Phases 5 and 6 should both be completed by mid-December. If you have questions about leasing, construction timing, etc, please don't hesitate to reach out!

February 2019

Things are looking nice over here at the Village at Brickyard in Meridian, Idaho. Check out our most recent drone footage as we give a quick glimpse of some of the newest additions. The new roofing is about halfway done, our community playground is in place—we even gave you a snapshot of some of the nearby stores and conveniences our tenants will be experiencing!

September 2018

The Brickyard Subdivision has had some bumps in the road. With 29 open jobs at the City of Meridian and an under-staffed planning department, we've had some delays in getting going. But we're excited to see the permits coming in now with crews in full force on the site, framing catching up, and schedules now tightening. The clubhouse work has started and the surrounding area continues to develop including the $12M improvement adjacent to our project of a car wash/retail facility. The photo slideshow below features some of the improvements on site to date, as many of these occurred after the above drone footage was taken. We are working on a dedicated drone pilot to shoot videos like our other developments soon!

June 2018

Phase 1 is underway!! Roads are now in (drone video was taken 2 days before asphalt went in), permits are almost back from the city, and crews are ready to start pouring foundations!!

Phase 2 will start in June with Phase 3 following in July. We'll be ready to release our next FIG community in Meridian, Idaho mid-July so stay tuned! Hint: The location is also A+ and we're really excited about it!

February 2018

Construction crews are cruising as they take advantage of this warm winter and develop the site and prep it for vertical construction. THE VILLAGE AT CENTRE POINT will offer 247 units of multi-family investment properties with a mix of duplex, triplex, and fourplex units as well as some mixed-use buildings. This is FIG's first project in Meridian, Idaho, and is fully sold out. FIG's next project is slated to be released for reservation in Summer 2018.

November 2017

FIG's Village at Centre Point community is underway and crews have started clearing and grubbing the site. Once Site Prep is complete utilities will be run and roads put in. FIG's first fourplex development in the Boise Valley boasts an A++ location and is extremely amenity-rich.
