Today we have updates on two of our Utah projects along with fresh drone footage for both sites.
We're happy to report that most of Phase 1 has received a certificate of occupancy! Phase 2 is estimated to be completed in the next 30-45 days (please contact us for updates on that). Construction on Phases 3-6 are in various phases of finish work, framing, foundation, and permits.

Even with a few delays associated with the install of a sewer lift station (required by Eagle Mountain City) units are likely to deliver ahead of schedule.
Units in Phase 1 should be completed in the next 30 days, with Phase 2 sometime in May/June, and Phase 3 in June/July. Maxx Property Management has begun marketing efforts and will coordinate with investors directly as they make their way through the leasing process.
