August 2020

Construction is almost finished at Dublin Farms!

All but two units have received their final certificates of occupancy. Final punch list items are underway and landscapers are now on-site. They'll be moving through Phase 1 and edging into Phase 2. We've posted new drone footage above so you can keep an eye on this 32 fourplex project.

Maxx Property Management is in full swing marketing and showing units. The Spring of 2020's Covid-19 lockdown led to a slow start to this year's leasing season. It's looking like we're past the hump and showings are starting to pick up nicely with MAXX PM signing about 5+ leases per week at Dublin Farms.

May 2020

As of May of 2020, Phase 1 has full certificates of occupancy, and Phase 2 is right on its heels, with some having already received them.  A delay in the install of the sewer lift station caused a backlog of completions here, but that obstacle has been cleared up and once the city finishes inspections, they'll be issuing certificates immediately after.  Certificates of occupancy on all units are expected to be received by mid-July, with landscaping staff well underway by then as well!

March 2020

Even with a few delays associated with the install of a sewer lift station (required by Eagle Mountain City) units are likely to deliver ahead of schedule.

Units in Phase 1 should be completed in the next 30 days, with Phase 2 sometime in May/June, and Phase 3 in June/July. Maxx Property Management has begun marketing efforts and will coordinate with investors directly as they make their way through the leasing process.

January 2020

Construction is moving quickly at Dublin Farms! Phase 1 is nearing completion, with units set to receive certificates of occupancy by late February/early March. Progress in Phases 2 and 3 are steady as well, with all units expected to be completed by early summer. If you have any questions about where your units stand specifically, please reach out!

November 2019

September 2019

Construction is moving quickly in Eagle Mountain! Phase 1 is framed with exteriors in place and interior finishes in process. Phase 2 is largely framed with exteriors set to start soon. Phase 3 is in various stages of permits, footings, and foundations.

August 2019

Construction is really moving quickly in Eagle Mountain! Almost all the construction loans have closed in this project. Construction in phase 1 is well underway, with most buildings in framing now. Phase 2 is right on phase 1's heels, with every building in various stages of permits, footings, and foundation. See below for the most current footage!

July 2019

We're ahead of schedule in Dublin Farms! Framing is going up in the first phase with slabs either being prepped or poured in the remainder of the phase. Phase 2 closings are now complete are not far behind! Check out the fresh drone footage below:

May 2019

All construction closings for phase 1 are complete! This means the construction team is now in the process of pulling permits and installing footings for the first slabs to be poured. The next batch of closings will be in June. Check out the below drone footage of the site work that has taken place to date. This place will look a lot different here in a few months!

March 2019

Horizontal development is also well underway at Dublin Farms in Eagle Mountain! All is on time so far here, with the first construction closings still to occur here within the next couple of weeks. More and more development continues to push westward in Utah County and FIG's communities in Eagle Mountain are right in the thick of it!
