Now that 2020 is in full swing, we're ready to get back to investing in fourplexes! If you've been watching from afar but are still curious as to how FIG got started and how we do what we do, check out one of our latest blog posts here for a quick summary.

We're now accepting reservations at Blackstone Farms in Provo, UT. Learn more about the project here. Construction on these 2 bed, 2 bath fourplexes is scheduled to start in July of 2020.
We're also accepting reservations in Pineridge Farms in Payson, UT. Join us for a special webinar on Friday, January 10th at 12:00 PM Mountain Time! We'll go into detail on this project during the webinar. Construction on these fourplexes will begin in March of 2020, making them a possible option for a pending 1031 exchange. We've made our way through the bulk of the closings in phase 1 and 2, and are working our way through phase 3. We have some availability in the subsequent phases that can start construction in the next 30-60 days, so this could be a great 1031 exchange option! Get details here.
Construction in Laguna Farms starts this April. The majority of the project is reserved, but we do have some great fourplex options scheduled to start in August of this year. You can get more details here.
Finally, if you're interested in the Phoenix, AZ area, please reach out to set up a time to chat! We'll be releasing a triplex project in El Mirage, the west side of Phoenix, in the next 30 days. Details are still pending, but construction is likely to start this summer.
