Today we're going to take a look at our Payton floor plan, one of our three-story units. It has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a one-car garage (attached to the unit).

Typically this floor plan has the most square footage when compared to our others. These units are up and down stacked plans that provide a lot of options and flexibility for our tenants.

Tenants love that Payton buildings are townhome style units that provide a more personal feel within the community. The one-car garage that's attached to the unit is a great add-in as it provides extra parking or storage. Not always, but a lot of times there's going to be an extra cement pad outside that garage as well.

We've used this floorplan in three different states so far. In Texas, it's a part of our Starwood Farms project. In Idaho, you'll see the Payton plan in the Brickyard. In FIG's home state, we have this plan at projects like Porter's Crossing and the Village at Boulders.
