The Tucker floor plan is actually pretty similar to the Payton floor plan. The only difference is one or two of your end units are going to have two stories and instead of three. We take a close look at this in the video above. Each unit is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath, side by side townhome style unit.

Tenants and renters really appreciate this floor plan because it provides either a one or two-car garage that's attached to the unit. During the cold or hot they can take advantage and park their cars inside to get away from the heat or cold. Some renters or tenants like to use it as extra storage depending on their situation.
