Overlook in Herriman March 10th, 2016



Multifamily properties in The Overlook in Herriman phase one is projected to to be completed in the beginning of April. This footage taken on March 10th, 2016 shows how well this project is coming along! Most of Phase one units have certificate of occupancy, and are rented out at an average of $50-$150/door higher than the original projections given to investors when they bought. These units are continuing to show great interest from renter inquiries with RE/MAX Equity Property Management showing the units on average 10-20 times per week.
