The Overlook at Rosecrest | April 25, 2017

The Overlook is completing landscaping and receiving all of the final certificates of occupancy over the next couple of weeks. Rents are higher than anticipated, HOA being managed by HOA West, parking starting to get worked out among renters, and stabilization ahead of schedule for filling up completed units.

The Overlook was truly the most challenging project to date with the amount of grade (slope) throughout the development, delays with the city and weather, and we are ecstatic to be wrapping up and putting a nice little bow on top for our clients of roughly $150k in equity despite the challenges we've experienced. One more video will be done on this project as a "final-cut" of the completed development when landscaping and all loose ends complete.
