Multi-Project Update for FIG


Easton Park in American Fork has seen dramatic changes to the common areas with topsoil currently being spread, the pathways marked out and mostly paved, and the box for the cities largest zipline (I'm pretty sure) all prepped. We expect the first tenants to start moving in October 1st and are ecstatic for the results of this community.


The landscaping of the turf is nearly complete at Tucker Row in Waters Edge and The Lochs has most of phase one near completion for construction and are focused on area stabilization in preparation of starting to turn units over to the property management group for rent. The Waters Edge HOA amenities have been committed to be started directly across the street with improvements being visible and nearing completion next Spring, 2018.


At The District at Valley Station in Heber City, UT the delay of the asphalt in our common areas that has been going on for several months with a subcontractor has been resolved and a new trade has been retained to complete the asphalt this week. The certificates of occupancy should all be complete and units "rent-ready" by the 14th. The landscaping is going in and the commercial spaces are already in negotiations as well with a great tenant in the SW Corner (to be announced upon contract).


The Payton's Quarry development in Herriman, UT has had a massive amount of wood framed up in the last month with 5 framing crews racing to the finish line. This project is poised for on time delivery and excellent results. The Overlook across the street now has comp sales on resale at $850,000. That's incredible ROI for our investors!
