Porters Crossing

You're seeing the majority of Phase One in Porters Crossing getting near completion with landscaping crews setting up to begin over the next 4-6 weeks to beautify the grounds of the project and prepare for rental move-ins. Already there is interest in the development and momentum from our property management group to fill these units for the investors who bought here. The small building between the 2nd and third buildings on the most completed section is the community clubhouse and directly South of that will be the common area park and playground for the community.


Easton Park

Easton Park Subdivision in American Fork is wrapping up all of phase one and phase two. Points of interest are the massive 5 acre park in the middle of the development which is being turned over to the city to be maintained. Also, the landscaping between the 12 plex buildings is being completed and soon the grass on the perimeters of all of phase one and phase two will be installed and complete as well as more trees to complete the atmosphere of the project. Rental demand continues to increase both with the season and with the nearing completion of the project and despite having massive competition this project is really shaping up into an excellent addition to the FIG portfolio.


Paytons Quarry

Payton's Quarry is nearing completion and over the next 3 months nearly all buildings will be finalized with landscaping complete and the project should be stabilized within 6 months at 90% plus occupancy.
