Recently our Director of Operations, Brian Schnell, has implemented new systems to streamline our turnover process. As clients near completion at Porters Crossing you'll notice a new process if you've invested with FIG in the past. We're excited to show you a more streamlined approach for your turnover and appreciate your feedback in the process.

Paytons Quarry


Payton's Quarry is renting out incredibly well and the project is starting to get landscaping complete. This area has been an amazing spot for FIG investors and the last units have been completed and turned over. Another project completed with construction and just wrapping up the final touches. Porters Crossing


As you'll notice in this video, there is a lot of movement at the Porters Crossing development. The project has multiple renters occupying units and enjoying the finished amenities of the clubhouse, common area grasses and the playground. Easton Park


Phase two of Easton Park has the pickle ball courts in, all of phase one has completed the amenities and turned over maintenance to the city (this area continues to be a massive hit to the community and surrounding area), and phase three construction is out of the log jam of our fire-sprinkler delay and back on track with finish sub contractors working to wrap up the project.
