Multi Project Update!

We have updates on multiple FIG projects including Brickyard, Bridgestone, Porter's Crossing, Easton Park, and Village at Boulders! See below for details:

Porter's Crossing - Eagle Mountain, UT

Construction on the property is moving along with final certificates of occupancy having come through on all but 4 properties. Property management is marketing for tenants and has filled up the first few buildings that have been delivered. Landscaping is underway on the final phase and should be wrapped up before the coldest weather sets in!

Bridgestone Crossing - Spring, TX

At Bridgestone in Spring, TX, framing and exteriors are finishing up in phase one, with these units expected to be delivered for rent in January of next year. Phase 2 is currently in framing, with phase 3 in footings and foundation. The remaining phases are expected to start construction in the next 60 days.

Brickyard - Meridian ID

The Brickyard Subdivision has had some bumps in the road. With 29 open jobs at the City of Meridian and an under-staffed planning department, we've had some delays in getting going. But we're excited to see the permits coming in now with crews in full force on the site, framing catching up, and schedules now tightening. The clubhouse work has started and the surrounding area continues to develop including the $12M improvement adjacent to our project of a car wash/retail facility. The photo slideshow below features some of the improvements on site to date, as many of these occurred after the above drone footage was taken. We are working on a dedicated drone pilot to shoot videos like our other developments soon!

Easton Park - American Fork, UT

FIG's largest project to date, Easton Park, is wrapping up! The final certificates of occupancy are expected within the next 45 days. Phases 1 and 2 are completely rented up now, with property management now signing leases in much of phase 3. If you haven't checked out our previous post about opportunity zones, check it out! We're not quite sure what it means for our investors yet, but this property is located in one of the government's newly designated opportunity zones!

Village at Boulders - Herriman, UT

Construction is far along in phase 1, with landscaping in this phase having already started (after this footage was taken). Interiors are near completion with appliances getting delivered in much of the first phase. In addition since taking this footage, foundations and framing are coming out of the ground in the subsequent phases.
