Bridgestone Crossing - Spring, TX


Our construction team has turned over much of phase 3, with the remainder due to be turned over by the end of this month. Tenants are moving into phases 1 and 2, with leasing underway there and soon to follow in phase 3. The playground is installed and much of the common area and landscaping is installed as well. See the below drone footage!


Dublin Farms - Eagle Mountain, UT


Construction is really moving quickly in Eagle Mountain! Almost all the construction loans have closed in this project. Construction in phase 1 is well underway, with most buildings in framing now. Phase two is right on phase 1's heels, with every building in various stages of permits, footings, and foundation. See below for the most current footage!



Colony Farms - Magna, UT


Closings on the first three phases are now done, with phase four beginning in the next two weeks. Framing has begun in phase 1, with phase two in various stages of permits, footings, and foundation. We'll continue to see closings in this project (it's a big one) through early next year!



Village at Boulders - Herriman, UT


We're getting close to the finish line in Herriman! Leasing is well underway in phases 1 and 2, with landscaping installed in much of phase 1 and getting ready for install in phase 2. If you have questions about leasing, construction timing, etc, please don't hesitate to reach out!
