New Fourplexes Available?



If you're looking for fourplex options that start construction this fall, we have you covered! 

A few units just freed up in our project, Colony Farms in Magna, UT.  With Amazon set to build another distribution facility in West Salt Lake County, we'll continue to see a need for affordable housing!  We have one fourplex available in the September phase, one in October, and two in November.  Contact us for details on timing, deposit requirements, etc.  

We have 3 fourplexes left that are set to start construction in October in Starwood Farms in Cypress, TX.  The Houston metro has been adding new households at nearly triple the national rate since 2010.  Vacancy in 2019 is expected to tighten and cause rents to increase.  Check out this article from Institutional Property Advisors and contact us for details on available units, timing, and how this project can work with 1031 exchanges. 

We have a handful of fourplexes left in Laguna Farms in Nampa, ID.  Construction on available units doesn't start until next Summer. But contact us for details and to be notified if any units free up earlier than this.  Affordability in Boise is a big concern, so rental housing is in huge demand in the area, which is one of the fastest growing in the country.
