Project Details

Villas at the Pointe is a masterplanned community off of 12th street in Ogden, UT. Development work started in November of 2022, with site work scheduled to continue into Spring of 2023. The first section of the project is comprised of duplex, triplex, and fourplex style townhomes. Each unit is 3 bed, 2.5 bath, with a 2 car garage. Construction on the second section is comprised of three buildings, with each building subdivided into 8 fourplexes. Each unit is 2 bed, 2 bath. The Villas at the Pointe features a clubhouse, fitness area, pool, playground, and dog park. Certificates of occupancy are expected to start arriving in late 2023/early 2024. The Villas at the Pointe Townhomes are sold out. FIG is currently taking reservations on the stacked flat fourplexes.
