Site work contractors are underway at Silver Oaks in Santaquin, UT! In the video below, you'll see that crews have been at work installing various underground utilities. The final plat is expected to be recorded in the first two weeks of December, with phase 1 construction loan closings following closely behind. FIG is happy to announce "Silver Oaks", a master-planned townhome community in Santaquin, UT. Silver Oaks consists of 165 individual platted townhomes, a dog park, pickleball courts, and playgrounds. Santaquin is off of Interstate 15 and is benefiting from the rapid growth in South Utah County. Site work is already underway, with the first construction loan closings set to happen in late 2023, with the remainder occurring in various phases through May of 2024.
