The Utah County and Salt Lake metros continue to be one of the national leaders in employment expansion. High paying tech jobs are flooding into the area and are resulting in raising rents in the core urban centers which are located close to mass transit. Payson, UT is located on the South Side of Utah County and is poised to take advantage of the growth pressing along the I-15 corridor. “The metro’s population rate rose 1.4% in 2017, double the national rate.
